Ceramic mobile phone backplane forming solution


According to different powder formulations of customers, Mach provides three solutions for forming ceramic mobile phone backplane:
Scheme 1: Dry pressing pre-forming cold isostatic pressing compaction treatment
Applicable powder: good binder dispersion, good powder forming performance, high body strength
forming equipment: YS350 servo CNC special hydraulic press for ceramic mobile phone backplane, dry pressing mold, plastic film bag, vacuum heat sealing machine, cold isostatic press. Description of
forming process:
first process: pre-forming, putting the powder into the dry pressing mold and pre-forming on the special hydraulic press for YS350 servo numerical control ceramic mobile phone back plate to obtain the dry pressing blank.
The second process: vacuum packaging, the pre-formed body into a PVC film bag, in a small vacuum heat sealing packaging machine vacuum packaging.
The third process: cold isostatic pressing, the vacuum-sealed preformed blank is hung in the hanging basket of the cold isostatic press, the sealing cylinder is pressurized to above 180MPa, the cylinder is opened after pressure is maintained and released, the pressed film bag containing the blank is taken out, and the pressed ceramic mobile phone back plate blank is taken out by blow drying and cutting the film bag.
Scheme 2: Dry Pressing Pre-forming Warm Isostatic Pressing Densification Treatment
Applicable Powder: Poor Binder Dispersion, Good Powder Forming Performance, High Body Strength
Forming Equipment: YS350 Servo CNC Ceramic Mobile Phone Back Plate Special Hydraulic Press, Dry Pressing Die, Plastic Film Bag, Vacuum Heat Sealing Machine, Warm Isostatic Press. Description of
Forming Process:
First Process: Pre-forming, putting the powder into the dry pressing mold and pre-forming on the special hydraulic press for YS350 servo numerical control ceramic mobile phone back plate to obtain the dry pressing blank.
The second process: vacuum packaging, the pre-formed body into a PVC film bag, in a small vacuum heat sealing packaging machine vacuum packaging.
The third process: warm isostatic pressing, the vacuum-sealed preformed body is hung in the hanging basket of the warm isostatic press, the sealing cylinder is heated to about 80 ℃ for a period of time, and then pressed to more than 180MPa. After pressure maintaining and pressure relief, the cylinder is opened to take out the hanging basket for cooling, the film bag containing the body is taken out, the film bag is blown dry and cut to take out the pressed ceramic mobile phone back plate body.
Scheme 3: Dry Bag Isostatic Pressing
Ceramic powder is directly filled into the dry bag isostatic pressing mold, and the dry bag isostatic pressing chamber of the dry bag isostatic press is formed once by a pressure of more than 180MPa, thus saving powder and processing costs.
Applicable powder: less binder and good powder forming performance.
Forming equipment: GD300-310-250 dry bag isostatic press, dry bag isostatic pressing mold core, polyurethane isostatic pressing mold.
Description of forming process:
First process: mold loading, filling the weighed powder into the filling gap of the dry bag isostatic pressing mold core and polyurethane isostatic pressing mold, and covering the rubber mold cover.
The second process: pressing, the dry bag isostatic pressing mold after filling is sent to the isostatic chamber of the dry bag isostatic press, and the machine is turned on to carry out isostatic pressing according to the set pressing process curve.
The third process: demoulding, taking out the pressed dry bag isostatic pressing mold, opening the plastic mold cover, and taking out the pressed ceramic mobile phone backboard blank.
